Reserving

You can reserve bottles at any time of year by email or text. I keep a list of everyone who has reserved. Reserving is free, and you only pay once you confirm after the harvest.

Confirming and paying

After the autumn harvest, I email everyone on the list to check that they still want their order. If you do, I’ll send you a payment request.

Please pay within 24 hours of receiving the request to keep your order. Once payment is received, orders can’t be cancelled.

Delivery and pick-up

I bring orders to Amsterdam by car, in batches. You can pick up your order from me in Amsterdam, or I can drop it off. We’ll arrange the time and place together by email or text.

Storing your juice

The juice is pasteurised. Unopened bottles keep for months in a cool, dark place, with no need for a fridge. Once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge and drink it within 5 days. A little natural sediment is normal, so give it a gentle shake before pouring.

If there isn’t enough juice

Every harvest is different. If I can’t fill an order you have paid for, you can choose a full refund or keep your place for the next harvest.
